* Breathability can be beneficial to the building fabric. It is an especially important consideration where there are inherent damp problems and in older buildings. High breathability is essential when overpainting a lime based substrate.

*** Acrylic softeners and virtually VOCs are widely accepted as being damaging to health and the environment and as a contributor to global warming. Acrylics reduce the
